Ever wondered if you have ADHD? Ever had a friend or family member “joke” that you may have ADHD?

Do you:

  • Have trouble staying organized?
  • Forget or lose things?
  • Feel overwhelmed by so many responsibilities?
  • “Zone out” without realizing it?
  • Interrupt others or sometimes say inappropriate things?
  • Underachieve?
  • Get easily flustered or stressed out?
  • Procrastinate or have trouble starting or finishing tasks?
  • Have trouble staying motivated?
  • Get bored easily?
  • Fidget or feels restless?
  • Try to do too many things at once?

If you would like to know if you have ADHD, we can help.

ADHD Assessment

We offer comprehensive ADHD assessments designed to provide clarity and direction. The full process typically takes about five hours and includes:

  • Clinical Interview – A thorough discussion to understand your history, concerns, and goals.
  • Standardized Testing – Evidence-based tools used to assess attention, executive functioning, and related areas.
  • Detailed Report – A clear, concise summary of results with practical recommendations tailored to your needs.
  • Feedback Session – A follow-up meeting to review the findings, answer your questions, and discuss next steps.

We aim to make the process supportive, informative, and actionable.

Coverage: Assessment fees may be partially or fully reimbursed through your extended health benefits plan.

ADHD Counselling

Whether you’ve just received a diagnosis or have been managing ADHD for years, counselling can help you build practical strategies and gain a deeper understanding of how ADHD impacts your life.

Our approach includes:

  • Personalized Support – Sessions are tailored to your unique strengths, challenges, and goals.
  • Skill-Building – We focus on strategies to improve organization, time management, emotional regulation, and self-esteem.
  • Evidence-Informed Methods – Drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), coaching techniques, and mindfulness-based tools.
  • Collaborative Goals – We work with you to set achievable goals and track meaningful progress.

ADHD counselling is available for adults, and can be a helpful complement to medical, coaching or educational supports.
Coverage: Fees for counselling services may be covered by your extended health benefits plan.
